TurboHeader Mufflers™

All of our TurboHeader Mufflers™ are custom machined to exact tolerances from high quality aluminum billet. The new design is welded, heat treated, and polished to a brilliant finish. They are fitted with original OEM jam nuts and Dubro pressure fittings. Most models will fit a variety of engines, but are modified for certain models. This modification consist of a chamber insert which re-tunes the muffler for specific engines. Though the TurboHeader Muffler was designed for the Saito engines, many models can be used on other engine brands. This may require a special adapter for mounting. Contact us if you have questions.

Right Angle Adapters

Exhaust Adapters Our Right Angle Adapters are also custom machined from aluminum billet and fitted with the OEM jam nuts. They are machined with a radius at the base of the threads adding strength to this critical area. Our adapters are designed for our light weight TurboHeader. However, many customers use them with the OEM muffler systems. We offer a large range of sizes to fit many different engines. Contact us if you have a specific need.
